KG-UV Commander/WouxunUnlock

Banging my head against the wall here !!! I have a Wouxun KG-UV950p hooked up to the KG-UV950p 5k sofware on port 4 no probs... however, the KG-UV Commander/WouxunUnlock software will not connect. Is there a trick to it ? Reason .... I want to know if I can get this radio to RX Military Airband ( 220-300 mhz will do ) .. on Windows XP prof. by the way.

All Sorted now, and , no, the 950p won't do Mil Airband.
