Maxon SMX 4150 Software

Hi, Does anyone know where I can lay my hands on PC programming software for this set, I've had a scour of the internet but came up with a blank.

I need it to program one for the VHF marine band.

Also, a schematic of the cable would help too.

There is some software in the file system in the Yahoo group for Maxon called SMP-4004C

Programming pdf is also on same site and shows that the software is a programmer.
