Quick query re DVB-T
My DVB stick says USB2.0 on the side. What would be the effect of using it in a USB1.0 socket? Choppy audio,by any chance? Or something else? Thanks.

Re: Quick query re DVB-T
You should be able to determine this with a high degree of accuracy by carefully following the steps outlined below:
1. Connect the dongle to a USB 1.0 port.
2. Try it.
Hope this helps.

Well droll as it may be,its as much help as an ashtray on a motorbike.Y'see maybe I'm being naive but yudda thought I already tried that, got choppy audio, and wondered if maybe it was because it was connected to a USB1.0 socket.

Re: Quick query re DVB-T
Almost certainly... USB 1.1 has two data transfer rates, 1.5Mbps and 12Mbps, whereas USB 2.0 is 480Mbps. In real world applications you will never actually see data being transferred at these speeds, but you can see that there is quite a difference between the two standards.
Depending what you are trying to use your dongle with , perhaps something like this might help?
