Hello, I need help. Thank you. I srp2000 I connect it to pc with cable and open the program but does not recognize it and I can not program it, any idea. thank you all.

Sepura Tetra Programer V6.3.3. srp2000 cable driver and I think that gives the program.

Did you buy the SRP2000 on Ebay? Who did you get it from?
There is a chance that I can confirm or deny having already programmed the radio for someone else, and possibly even look the radio ISSI up on my database.

Depending on the features they wanted, I may, or may not have used V8> software, which as far as I am aware, will not work with terminal programmer because the radio bootloader is upgraded in the process.

The long and short of it is this.. I'll bet it needs Radio Manager and not Terminal Programmer.
