Icom IC-R5 using the clone software

Hi guys, got myself an Icom IC-R5 after loosing my bearcat
How hard it this thing to work!
I've got the clone cable and the CS-R5 software, is there an easy way of getting frequencies into the software from excel etc or do I need to type in every channel?

I don't suppose someone could send me a .icf data file for the uk?

Any advice gratefully received.

I use the ARC6 software with the IC-R6 and it is fairly straightforward. If you get no luck with what you are using try downloading the free trial of ARC5.
