Another good buy off the same seller.

You can never have enough brackets. Nice MM2 bracket in there too!

Looks like a Grandstand Hawk.
There's about 6 other radios that share that body though, but colour-wise, it looks like a Hawk.

Hmmm..maybe pop some orange or green ones instead. It's personal taste, but I'm not a big fan of blue LED's in anything other than blue or silver radios. Loving the Marko though! :)

yeah, me neither, but with one bulb out it looked naff, ill replace with dull wheat type bulbs when i find them, i like the standard look best, for £75 off ebay im pleased with it, its got the the uk 40 in too, thers a switch on the back, up is the normal hygain beep, down makes it a long drawn out hygain beep, and there’s an beep on/off switch too

Bargain then mate ;)

My old Midland Homebase had green LED's in the meters and looked pretty good considering I'm not a fan of them. They matched the green channel display nicely and I couldn't get the original bulbs to tint gently with green spray but not burn off the tops of the bulbs (couldn't get small bulb rubber covers).

My gold-plated 148 GTL-DX has an orange channel display and orangey/gold meter backing with an orangey original bulb as I'm anal like that! :)

Just managed to find and buy the last magazine in the PE Ranger build series showing how to tune and set it all up with the homebase 40ch extension pack (not that I've got that bit nor know how to tune anything!).
