crt7900 mic cross over plug

Hi guys have the above radio here but looking to try other mics on it but cant seem to find anywhere selling the rj45 to 4 pin mic cross over.

can someone point me in the correct direction ? thanks.

It's ok if you know where to look , wasted hours on the net lol .Last one they made me was a Yaesu to Uniden to use my base mics with , saved me blowing a radio up lol .

I have had a few crossover leads from knights and always top notch,will be ordering a icom to kenwood 8 pin soon.
