I have had a couple of Philippines 360FM's and they both had the AB board. I have only ever seen the AC in a Richard.

However the Philippines 360FM's Looked the same inside at a glance to the Richard's. They had a more modern look inside than the taiwan built ones. Smaller resistors, different PCB colour and black ribbon.
