Found the software for free, on Stryker's website (so straight from the horse's mouth, and not some dodgy pirate download)

The cable will probably be one of those USB to serial jobbies, though (and not just a standard USB cable)

the newer radios bring the programming port out to the back panel, using a mini USB connector (but it will still be serial).
So it seems there isn't a one size fits all programming cable for these
