Hadn't realised they'd progressed onto President's nick-names :)
What will be next "Tricky ****" ? "Rootin Tootin Ronnie" ? "Dum Dubl'ya" ?
Just as well they haven't started a Primeminister series yet.... :?

It's cheating anyway . "Honest Abe" should be = "Lincon" which they're not ! :)

The "Smoky Bear" (and yes, they spelt Smokey 'Smoky') was the worst named rig I ever saw.
Maybe the OP radio should really be called "Unconditional Surrender" or "The Butcher" ? Both nicknames of Ulysses S.Grant.
Even "Uncle Sam"... another of Grant's labels.

A radio that constantly tries to convince you you're on the right frequency when everyone else is saying you're not, then censors all incoming audio!

How about a Maggie Thatcher radio that's got all the rotary controls glued solid, so it's a "This Lady's not for turning" CB!

I'll get my coat
