mine was tatty...but i brought it for £80 and sold it for £85.....a good one should make close to £100..or more if they go mental on ebay ;)

Nice radios, but prefer the 3900f with it's built in frequency counter, today a frequency counter/readout is essential unless you want to be messing around looking at a frequency chart..
Had the president Ronald years ago, same radio but with chrome face and inbuilt counter :mrgreen:
swapped it for a Stalker xx homebase as a fancied something different.

Ive had a clearout since then

The 3900F went for £225, and the 3900 Black reached £180

I cleared out my CB stuff, in favour of using the kit listed in my sig

Theres note stoping you fitting a frequency counter to a standard SS3900.

Got one of these in box and as far as I know it has not been messed with I haven't even used it as no longer on the air and no plans to put another antenna up since last one snapped over 2 years ago so may be listing the dirland 3900b or sit on it for a few more years
