Had a qso with John 26TM13 yesterday on the groundwave, approx 70miles as the crow flies. Plenty of qsk's as triple was rather quiet. He was coming in at approx 5/5, I was static mobile using an Albrecht 485, through a k40 antenna via ea150p amp.
