Some good ideas here

I'm going to work on the Olympic theme (post 5 from the top) that Craig posted as I think this has potential for a new card design and it's quite high resolution which is what we need for the printing process. I'll re-work this over the next couple of days and post a mock up here once it's done.

I'll also post up the official font package if anyone else would like to have a go at designing their own cards along with a .psd template for photoshop if it helps.

Weird ! As you can see from above posts - Photobucket have blocked my QSL design for being in breach of their 'taste' policy. You guys saw it before... it wasn't distasteful. I've lodged a complaint. I'll keep you posted on what happens. But in the meantime here's a direct download of the design in case you missed the original photobucket linked one.
