For various family and domestic reasons, not least an ongoing subsidence and structural cracking problem with the house, I've been off all bands for quite some time but I hope to get some antenna maintenance and erecting done in the coming spring which should see me more active from then on. I'm even restricted with mobile operation as M3HER and I are sharing one car at the moment.

Does this sked ever happen?

If so I will try at 0630 to check in from NZ. Provided there is some skip going on I have a Yagi and a ham station that can do this frequency.

Is it LSB or USB, dont say AM?

It is USB according to the first message.

I would also like to know if (m)any TM'ers are joining the group net at the announced time and frequencies.

:?: :?: :?: Any chance now that SSB is nearly legal for an updated group net arrangement? Say the usual 535 for the freebanders and a frequency for the UK band and mid band? :?: :?: :?:

:) My suggestion of 27345 USB although not the winner in the cross forum vote for a new ssb calling channel did receive an amazing number of votes .......Could we not use that one for a regular TM network? three four five is very easy to remember

:?: Can any admin at Tango Mike comment on the idea of an updated frequency list for the regular group net?
:? :? I use the rig on a regular basis and would certainly want to take part in anything organised!

USB Freeband - channel 10 Hi band 27.535 for the sunday net . 19.30 to 22.30

The first three freqs are "Suggested calling Freqs" for the mid band and the last one falls outside of the legal mid band.

Ah, looks like some thread necromancy has occurred here.

I shall ask the question with the rest of the admin team regarding the group net. Things may have probably changed slightly to cover the fact that AM/SSB is now legal on CEPT block (26.965-27.405mhz),
Speaking to people in foreign lands, with various configurations of copper wire in various strange shapes - my friends think I'm committing acts of witchcraft...

Maybe we can have a vote on new group net frequencies/times/days ?

Will discuss with admin and we can re-evaluate :-)
