I still keep a log paper book. I don't record as much info as I did when it was compulsory though - just date, start time (no end time) callsign, freq and mode. I only record power level if I've changed it from the norm.

I use N3FJP's excellent AC Log
Best day to day software out there in my opinion. So simple to use!

Paper all the way for me. Add each contact as it happens, not that I'm on much at the moment.

Yes same here, paper first then add on QRZ and other sites.

It is easier to scribble down QSO data on paper whilst talking then add it to the logging software after, however data modes such as Meteor Scatter is easy as my own logging software automatically adds the QSO by way of parsing the WSJT software internal logs.
