So they go from a "dedicated system" to a public system just like the emergency services are doing, EE too which has no end of issues and as is not dedicated is subject to overload crazy.

I heard the York buses recently. I hear Humberside buses more often though.

Cant see it happening but if it did it would most likely be headsets and not ones that are built-in.
