Morning all.
For my sins I have the "pleasure" of a few days at Reighton Sands Haven Park coming up. Does anyone have the frequencies for the on site pmr (security etc) or anything of interest in the local area?
Thanks
Phil

I think there's a local PMR net run out of Bridlington, oh and of course, the TM1 fuhrer also lives down that way, so you could arrange a QSO with Simon too :-)

Hi Craig,
I stayed on that park back in 2006 ! I don't know about radio activity but there is a fabulous location for radio at Flamborough head with stunning views over the north sea .When I went there there was a cafe that appeared to be closed down but I don't think it would have been an issue to erect a fishing pole antenna etc and operate from the car park

I can remember staying there with my girlfriend, getting absolutely paralytic (both of us) and when sober taking my motorbike & sidecar out onto the sands &getting stuck.
Now I'm married to her I don't have fun like that any more

No, Primrose Valley is a different park, though owned by the same company.

That's the one I stayed at.
I'd given up radio at that point.
