Can anyone confirm that Stoke still use 169.20625
Never heard anything from it, and got that freq off OFCOM WTR

That's not a valid frequency so they won't have ever been on that one.

It6 probably comes from the old way Ofcom used to describe channels which was to state the upper and the lower extent of the channel's allocation rather than, as they do now, the channel's centre frequency.
