The 'new' UK FM channels we were assigned a while back are in the same location as the old american AM channels.
There are a number of people still using SSB (still illegally!).
A lot of the (new) CB rigs you can buy now have the option of switching between different country modes. Giving you LOADS of European channel options. Only to be used when in the appropriate country, and then only with the appropriate licence. OBVIOUSLY!
