Haven't used one, but I would be suprised if a Magnum CB was 'duff'.

Give us a report on it when you have it working.

I've got the antenna sorted now and i'ts all working, swr is pretty good too.

I'll get to the radio after.

I'm using a 18ft center fed dipole which is about 2 and a half foot off the top of the roof and on eu1 swr reads about 1:2 and on uk40 swr reads about 1:7 so i'm pretty pleased with that.

The radio is pretty good too it's a Magnum Multi and for +?50 it's a pretty decent radio so anyone wanting one of these radios then i highly recommend it.

Also i would like to thank everyone for their help' especially guzzy. Cheers mate

Why not post up a little review in the "user reviews" section of the site... you can submit it yourself. It doesn't need to be an epic and I am sure people are interested in your opinions on the Magnum Multi. Here's the link: http://www.transmission1.co.uk/modules. ... file=index

If you have any time to spare to fill in one of these certainly helps other people make a decision on purchasing gear. :)

Thanks James, it's really appreciated. I have added a photo to the review for you too. I am thinking of making the link to the user reviews section a little more prominent soon so more people will see them. I might move the link up to the main sections rather than in "extras" now we are getting a few things in there!

Cheers

And now... you'll be pleased to know that I have moved the user reviews into the main section of the menu on the left hand side. Hopefully a few more people will see it now! Spread the word! :)

Cheers
