cobra 25LTD pll problem need info

I received the tc9106 did not work the chip from ebay is used so dont know if its any good.
Has anyone had to change the pll on a newer version 25LTD and what part # did you use?
All the schematics and service manuals say IC3 or on the chip Cobra 25LTD so no part # anyplace
I did get some info that it might be a TC9106 but the person who sent the 9106 says its a good chip.
Got 2 others on its way so we will see.

Anyone have to replace this IC3 in a 25ltd or other radio similar to the 25LTD?

Here is an update to me looking for the correct pll for the cobra 25ltds. Its no a TC9106 replacement. I received 3 9106 to try and all did not work. So its another 18 pin pll for a replacement. Im looking for the chip pictures with the white writing on the top. If anyone has a correct part # please pass it on. I'm determined to find the correct part#

I was sure the 25LTD used a rebadged UPD2816 obviously that isn't, But maybe thats a rebadged TC9109 ? If it is a TC9106 maybe the radio has a different fault, What was wrong with it before you replaced the PLL ?
