Looks excellent. Radials are almost as long as the radiator!
I see you have used two of the double U clamps. That's how I mount my verticals. Good job
What's the useable bandwidth?

Re: hy~gain clr2
thanks for comments, it says on the instructions 2mhz,
the swr is good on lo/mid/hi bands and creeps up to about 1.8 nearer ch40 cb27/81 band so ideal really
here’s a better pic of the pole joint area
it was hard work lugging that up there on me own and the wind had started to get up a bit, glad i done it though

Well done, that is some antenna in the air. Those radials are long for sure.
Be interested to see how this performs against your predator antenna, as I am thinking about changing my 827 to the predator .
Now have a beer and enjoy your hard work.

Re: hy~gain clr2
I had a CLR-2 up at my mams for about 20 years. When I moved out I intended taking it down but never did. It never failed me once in the 10 years I used it. It was one hell of an antenna and the best vertical I have ever owned.
Unfortunately some builders took it down and wrecked it. I was devastated.
