Pigpen was in Convoy 10/4,not S.A.T.B.
You can talk worldwide on CB radio = not 10 - 15 miles,
rsgb are just too far up their own @rses to admit it = snobs.

Also CB didn't start in the U.S in the late 70's as quoted, it actually was started around 1945

This is a bit more "mainstream" and actually makes an interesting read (if you've got nowt better to do that is) = CB radio on Wikipedia
John, on the S. Cheshire / N. Shropshire border. Muppet handle "Grey ghost" and on UK C25 most working days.
Don't just monitor, key up and talk, otherwise everyone thinks no one else is out there !!!
