I've seen them, but never had one, I've got the normal type but would never dare wear it in this day and age

If the problen cant be sorted with a "LUMP-HAMMER" then its most likely to be an Electrical fault

Re: eyeball badges
I had a rectangular one with painted-on eyes. You used one of those Dymo printing machines to sort of emboss your CB handle onto and it just stuck in place. It must have been 1982 I reckon. It certainly didn't have flashing lights though.

Re: eyeball badges
I have a few dymo label printers ready to print out handles, just need a supply of badges, I remember going into our local "goody shop" eyeball badges were a pound each in around 1980

Re: eyeball badges
I don't want to sell it lol.Memories.I also have one of those badges that was doing the Ham rallies about 5 to 10 Years ago.Its oblong and you can put any message on it (by tapping the buttons on the rear of it) like Handle, Ham Call sine etc ,Then the message just scroll across its screen...

Re: eyeball badges
I bought my eyeball badge from Knights Electron but forgot to take it off my coat when i stuck it in the washer. It looks a bit worn, lol. I have since progressed to specially made metal ones at 99p each.
the ones u can see on my coat are made of metal and made to my specification. I like showing them off in the pub, lolYou do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
