..to a Sharp 4670 "one-hander"?
Wondering if anyone has done this because I have one brand new in the box which I'd really like to use but no mic
I saw an old post from 2014 here where some members were talking about these. If anyone has an extra they'd care to part with I'd be interested in that too!
can a different mic be adapted

Is this the right Radio?
If so, you may struggle if it's the mic/channel indicator you're missing.
Wiring digrams can be found at the CB Tricks website....

I wonder if a Binatone Breakerphone mic' could be adapted if an original handset can't be sourced or a standard mic' adapted??? The multi-plug looks somewhat similar... although looks can be deceiving

Those type of rigs always seemed like a disaster to me loads of wires being bent about waiting to snap.
Though saying that I've got one of the realistic ones that still works

Are you local to South Bristol Dockdweller? I've got a Breakerphone here that you could try on it if you're local that is.
Failing that, post some pic's of the multi-socket and perhaps someone can suggest something else that may be compatible
