Can try turning it on then but as usual, don't hold out any hope!

Will be up a Scottish mountain at that time - Unfortunately, the comms tower isn't finished, so can't yet be climbed to attach a Gainmaster to. But we have a 4.5MW power supply at hand, so plenty to keep the burners going!

All tuned up and ready to go. Nothing but moaning and wailing heterodyne noises as usual. Or maybe is not heterodyne.... :o

Well I know it's Halloween and as celebration the band is dead.

Hmmm, unless the object is to listen to Americans, or droning tones, this is a bit of a dead duck....

Spoke to some folk on UK40FM instead!

I think I'll go and roll some pumpkins down the mountain instead!

How about 500 watts on AM and make the street lights flicker :D not saying that I done that but could be interesting, besides it is Halloween after all.

I went and sat on Haytor and heard absolutely nothing. No responses to my shouts :(

Diddly squat on a Scottish mountain either! Went on UK40FM again and yapped a bit on there for a while instead.

Well it sounded like a pretty busy net from here being chaired by Gary and Jason.

I didn't bother, and never intended to bother, AM doesn't float my boat.

There is no such thing as a Fidelity 1000 which is too good to scrap.
