Bit unfair on the patient's that want peace and quiet to get better,must be someone else that sound's the same using 108IS002.I have spoke to "the man" himself and he has been sound with me....no I don't need sectioned

Thats the thing, one minute he is doing "normal" cb work etc, then one minute he has had a breakdown and spouting pish

He certainly know's a fair bit about radio but there is no denying that,and I got a 9+ signal report a few times so his receive work's pretty good aswell

Sounds 'a bit simple' or some kind of 'user' to me.
The thing is that I gather he directs most of his venom against the English. I can't hear him here, because I am outside his groundwave range, and unless he suddenly takes up LF morse I never will. His signals pass 50 miles above my head and on most days they will not come back down to Earth again until Kent or Belgium at least.

So who is he talking to?

I've never met an individual Scotsman that I didn't like, but surely he is only a problem to people who live in his home town, and people a thousand miles away who have no opinion about the English either way?

Thankfully I can't here him but I hear plenty of EU stations calling him so I know he's there.

If so, a simple recording of him 'doing his thing' sent to the authorities. They'll more than likely take action for several reasons
