IRF520N is the higher power/voltage device so better than non N.
or MS1307 is the other, i run nine in a B400 not as good as original (must be re baged IRF's)

IRF520 will work but will be down on power. I needed a replacement for a RM3 and used a Fairchild mosfet, I will look at work tomorrow for the part number. there was about £1 each from rs and 1 in a kl35 does just shy of 40watts, IRF520 in the kl35 did around 15watts.

Nick this are what i have used in place of the RM3 and they work very well, much better than IRF520 or 520N

I havnt replaced them for non N yet, but with the ones in there i get 80w with 10w in but SWR goes right up even on dummyload...So they are not working that well, I have chucked it in the drawer for now and will probably replace them for 520N when and if i can be bothered
