Is the IRF 520N PIN OUT THE SAME AS THE MOS RM3 DEVICE AS I NEED TO CHANGE ALL FOUR

I bought 4 irf 520n unmarked on ebay but after fitting them my power out was only 30 watts instead of as before 80 ish watts i guess there are low grade ones out there...have now ordered 4 new ones by international rectifier company hope these will be okay when fitted....

Hi guys I have the same problem I think! No power output preamp still functioning but as soon as amp on no power output! Changed for 520n's then?

Just fixed mine up today with IRF520's, runs very nice, but needed some work to BIAS... Check out here for pics and description...

I have also changed the fets from the origonal rm3 fet i have tried both fqp13n10,s and also irf520's both replacments work ok but the power is about 30 watts less that what it was with its origonal fets..
