It may be a silly question, but if you've forgotten your scanner, why do you want freqs?

Anyway, probably one of these:

Team Working channels:

156.21875 :641
156.23125 :642
157.26875 :851
157.28125 :852
160.71875 :623
160.73125 :624
160.78125 :634
160.81875 :643
160.83125 :644
161.79375 :243
161.80625 :244
