Re: Stagecoach South West to go TRBO
I gather most of Band III VHF is going to be reallocated for something else. Buses share that band with the Network Rail National Radio Network (train to signalbox comms etc) Network Rail are replacing NRN and CSR with GSM-R, I understand the main line out Paddington goes over to GSM-R some time in May this year.Pano wrote:Saw this in Land Mobile, might be of interest to someone:

Stagecoach Devon appears to have shut down its analogue frequencies (Base Tx 206.2625 & 206.0125) as of Yesterday.

Might have to take you up on that although I don't think a combination of AR8600 + ARD300 digital decoder will pick it up properly. Garbled reception on 165.4125 as I've just tried it.hamtrektng wrote:They are on frequency TX 165.475Mhz RX 170.275

Has anyone got the key for this system for monitoring?
It should be a Basic Privacy one (easy)

It's not something simple like exibus (marketing name for the Exeter bus network) is it? I haven't had time to make my various DMR capable gadgets work yet.....hamtrektng wrote: ↑08 Jan 2018, 19:53 Has anyone got the key for this system for monitoring?
