Shopwatch help please?

Hello everyone Can anyone tell me what the freqs is for colchester shopwatch in essex? I have looked in the book and in proma but that freqs does not work just wondered if anyone local has found it and can pass it on...... The freq in the book and on proma is 456.8500 any help would be great also anything for lakeside shopping centre would be a help many thanks
