Five Sixes Taxis, Camberley, Surrey

Post by miles200 » 21 Jul 2008, 22:23

Hi All wonder if anyone can help?

I'm able to listen on Freq 167.345 NFM to Five Sixes Taxis in Camberley this is the base station and it runs on a Duplex system. I'm unable to find the frequency which the drivers are transmitting on. Does anyone by any chance know it?

Thanks in advance,

Miles

In view of the step size used on that band the frequency will actually be 167.3375 or 167.350. The mobiles will be 4.8 mHz higher - i.e. 172.1375 or 172.150 mHz.

Hi Neil,

Ye it is 167.350 but sounds clearer offset to 167.345

I'll try those freqs! Just out of interest why is it 4.8Mhz higher?

Thanks!
