St Andrews University goes digital

University went digital as of today 26/02/19 on 456.675. Numerous talkgroups in use [up to 31 so far !! ] Byre Theatre have also moved from 449.3125 to 456.675. They are t/g 21

Channel 2 [455.650 ] Went DMR on 27/02/19. Just the 2 t/g so far
