picking up morse code on this freq.any1 got any idea of what repeater had a look on line but no luck lol

You sure it isn't one of the ones on 145.750 with a bit of shift?
I notice your local one is GB3CS which is currently "not operational" (and it appears to be due to Vandalism?) Perhaps they're looking at bringing it online or something.
