I don't know, but it is in the geographically restricted PMSE band of 425.3125 to 425.5625 so likely to be a radio or TV company re Commonwealth Games.
This band is normally restricted to the BS/BM/Dorchester/IOW/PO/SO/Weymouth area (or at least it was in 2012).
