Weak signal on 455.10625 but i can hear somebody speaking but there is alot of white noise on the frequency does anybody know what this is.
Current location Tameside.

I can't hear anything now, but the chances are it was a talkback channel for an OB. It's one of those jfmg channels. There have been a few of them up for the Conservative party conference.
