Help. Listen to USA emergency services

I thought i had seen somewhere on here where you could listen to USA emergency servives on the net by putting i a web address. But i cant seem to find it. Can anyone help me on this.

I listen to that. It's Staten Island police and fire. Providing the comms still were intact, had we been listening in on September the 11th 2001, it would have made frightening listening. I suppose and God forbid there is another terrorist attack, it would make riveting listening.

I have found another one while i was listening to SILive.com.
The only thing you need to do is download winamp.
The site is www.shoutcast.com.

I think I tried that shoutcast, and most of the links were dud, but that was weeks ago. I ended up listening comms at a baseball game, I think in Boston. As I'm offline at home, I won't be able to listen until I'm back on, which should hopefully be the first week in May.

Well I listen to gwinnett county, georgia using shoutcast and it works well, The only problem is that yes.. you need winamp to listen to most of the links on that shoutcast ](*,) , but thats all really because the scanner for geogria is normally busy so you have somthing to listen too anyway.

They also have a nice website with that link on shoutcast :wink:
