i just get weather forecast on this...is that right? :?:

yes that right is a weather forecast on the airport.....you can pick up freq 128.2250mhz without any trouble

also can pick up tower as well,

You should be able to, it depends on a number of other thing to, like sing of line, you my get the town but not the aircraft, or you could hear the ground from the town but not the aircrafts on the ground.

I can hear the town but the ATIS.

but for Robin hood I can hear the ATIS but not the town on both sides.

All you can do is put the Frequencies in and see what you get.

137.175 App
120.125 Radar
124.0 town
121.9 Ground
121.6 Fire all air ports
121.5 Emergency channel would wide
119.65 (Old EMA channel no longer used but just given for information only)

118.35 Derby air field (not EMA)

 yes My mistake type it is wrongly

have you used EMA on 131.??? I heard a hand over from Robin hood to EMA it sound like they said QYY to EMA on 131.???. Would EMA have a sector on that.

anyway I have Coningsby be the best bet and Waddington at this time has we keep getting visitor from over seas which the RAF pop up to and say hello if you get my meaning ;)
