In addition to the national paging networks there are also on-site paging systems which use a local transmitter and these are typically the type used by hospitals, cruse ships, commercial and industrial premises etc. Also, Amateur Radio operators have frequencies allocated specifically for use with modified POCSAG pagers (search for 'Amateur paging' and 'POCSAG paging').

pagers are 150 to 154mhz not miuch interesting stuff on them though you should listen to the data to voice hospital pagers

454.325 is hospital voice pager dont need decoding
