Thanks for joining Transmission1.

As a new member we want you to enjoy using this discussion and resource forum. We go to great lengths to ensure that the community stays spam free so we use a combination of automated checks and manual processes.

All new members are subject to "post moderation" which means that before your post appears it must be approved by a moderator. This usually happens for your first few posts here. You must post at least one introductory post when you join, even if it's just to say, "hi!". Failure to do this will result in your account automatically being deleted after a short period of time. We do this to remove spam and unused accounts. After this stage your account will be upgraded to full member status giving access to extra features and privileges. This helps in several ways, it keeps the community running smoothly and ensuring that anyone who signs up just to spam is rejected and given the boot! ;)

Once you are seen to be posting as a "genuine" user your account will be updated to full status by the moderation team. We realise that waiting for posts to be approved can be tedious but this doesn't last for long and we ask for your patience in helping to create a great online radio resource community.

Should your account not be upgraded in a timely manner or you feel we have forgotten about you then please feel free to PM one of the moderation team who will review your account and make the necessary changes.

Please take your time to read the forum rules and we hope you enjoy the site.
